From registration to offer, placement, and post-placement follow-up, New Horizon Recruitment Europe supports the entire process free of charge. Even if it’s your first overseas career challenge, you can rely on us.
You can easily register via the “Register for Recruitment Services“ form below. An incomplete English CV (or Japanese CV) is fine. We will contact you for a career consultation.
We will discuss your current situation, desired conditions, career concerns, and English proficiency to help formulate the best career strategy.
We introduce positions (including non-public roles) that match your preferences. We also advise on brushing up your English CV and interview preparation.
Once you decide on a position, we support everything from document submission to scheduling interviews. We manage communication with companies, provide advice on potential questions, and share feedback after interviews.
We handle condition negotiations on your behalf after an offer, coordinating with the company to ensure a satisfactory placement. We also assist with smooth preparation for joining and advise on local living if necessary.
We continue to provide follow-up support not only before but also after joining, building long-term trust and supporting your career growth.
