Profile
With over a decade of experience spanning recruitment and strategic M&A in Japan, and corporate banking across Europe, I founded New Horizon Recruitment Europe B.V. to support effective and sustainable European expansion.
My career includes four years in enterprise sales at Bloomberg L.P. in Tokyo, working with major financial institutions, followed by four years at Nihon M&A Center, where I supported publicly listed corporate groups by developing target lists, sourcing transactions, and supporting M&A execution.
I later relocated to the Netherlands and spent three years at Norinchukin Bank Europe, managing corporate lending across key European markets.

Over the past decade, I have supported companies across Japan and the Netherlands through solutions spanning recruitment, strategic M&A, and corporate banking. This experience has highlighted that with the maturation of the Japanese market, overseas expansion and true localization have become critical priorities for many organizations.
A key challenge I often observe is how companies can effectively leverage their strengths developed in Japan while adapting to European markets and building sustainable growth with local teams.
